These terms govern access to AspirineX websites, dashboards, APIs, beta programs, execution tooling, and related support services.
Acceptance and Scope
By accessing or using AspirineX, you agree to these Terms and any additional written commercial terms, onboarding materials, or account-level restrictions that apply to your deployment. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
These Terms apply to the marketing site, authenticated dashboard, automation workflows, broker connectivity, APIs, beta features, and any related documentation or support interactions made available by AspirineX.
Eligibility and Authorized Use
You may use AspirineX only if you have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are permitted to use trading software, automation tools, and broker-connected systems under the laws and regulations applicable to you.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction, permitted by your broker, and consistent with any restrictions applicable to your entity, team, or account type.
- Maintain accurate account and onboarding information.
- Keep credentials, API keys, and session access confidential.
- Limit access to authorized operators only.
- Comply with sanctions, export-control, anti-money-laundering, tax, and market-access rules applicable to you.
Nature of the Service
AspirineX is a software and operational tooling platform. It is not a broker, exchange, custodian, investment adviser, portfolio manager, dealer, futures commission merchant, or fiduciary, and it does not hold customer assets or execute trades in its own name.
Any order routing, data display, execution workflow, or automation feature is provided as a technology function under your direction. You remain solely responsible for approving strategies, setting risk parameters, and determining whether any trading action is appropriate.
Accounts, Security, and Operational Responsibility
You are responsible for all actions taken through your account, user seats, API credentials, broker credentials, infrastructure, and connected services, whether authorized by you or caused by inadequate security controls in your environment.
You must implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including access controls, credential rotation, environment separation, and monitoring of live and paper trading configurations.
- Promptly notify AspirineX of suspected compromise, unauthorized access, or broker credential exposure.
- Review paper/live mode settings before enabling automation.
- Validate strategy logic, symbol permissions, and account sizing before use.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not misuse the service, interfere with platform stability, or use AspirineX in a manner that is fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, or inconsistent with written onboarding and risk controls.
- No reverse engineering, unauthorized scraping, vulnerability abuse, or circumvention of access controls unless expressly authorized in writing.
- No use that breaches broker terms, exchange rules, market-manipulation laws, or third-party intellectual property rights.
- No submission of malicious code, abusive traffic, or misleading operational data.
Third-Party Services and Broker Dependencies
AspirineX depends on third-party brokers, exchanges, cloud providers, data vendors, messaging providers, and other infrastructure. Those services are outside AspirineX's control and may introduce latency, outages, rejected orders, data gaps, or behavior changes.
You are responsible for reviewing and complying with all third-party terms that apply to your usage, including broker API terms, exchange rulebooks, and cloud infrastructure obligations.
Fees, Beta Features, and Changes
Paid access, trial access, private beta access, and custom deployments may be governed by a separate order form, invoice, or written commercial agreement. Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees are non-refundable once the relevant service period begins.
AspirineX may modify, add, suspend, or remove features at any time, especially during beta or staged rollout periods. Material changes to these Terms will be posted on this site with an updated effective date.
Suspension and Termination
AspirineX may suspend or terminate access immediately if it reasonably believes continued access creates security, legal, compliance, abuse, payment, or operational risk. You may stop using the service at any time, but outstanding payment or indemnity obligations survive termination.
Upon termination, your right to access the service ends immediately. Reasonable steps may be taken to delete or disable credentials, sessions, or integrations associated with the affected account.
Disclaimers, Liability, and Indemnity
The service is provided on an as-available and as-is basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. AspirineX does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, order execution, profitability, regulatory fitness, or suitability for a particular strategy or jurisdiction.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AspirineX is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for losses caused by markets, broker behavior, outages, human error, third-party dependencies, or configuration choices made by you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AspirineX and its personnel from claims, losses, liabilities, and costs arising from your unlawful use of the service, your strategies, your broker relationships, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Governing Documents and Contact
If you have a separate written agreement with AspirineX, that agreement controls to the extent of any conflict with these Terms. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
